Yes, I agree there is no age limit to online dating nor was I implying there was one in my post. My point was that online or any kind of dating is sometimes fraught with failures. You get into a relationship, think things are happening and pfffft! suddenly he goes silent or I see it isn’t going to work. Sometimes you meet nice folks and they just aren’t a fit. Sometimes the person you thought was wonderful proves to be a jerk. Sometimes they out and out lie and when you meet you discover this. It’s these incidents that can get you down if you experience a series of such experiences. It’s important to be able to bounce back and not spend much time letting these realities get you down.
That’s what I was trying to imply in my post.
